The Millard Reads It’s Elementary Book Club is for 4th and 5th grade students. If you are interested in participating in the 2024-2025 book club, you may begin reading the 10 books nominated for the Millard Reads It’s Elementary Book Award.
In order to participate in the book club, students will need to read all 10 books and receive at least 80% on the quizzes by the first full week of school in January 2025. The books are available in Sora and will be available to check out from our school’s library next school year. You may access Sora through Soraapp.com. When you initially sign up for Sora on a device, you will need to search for Millard Public Schools district and enter your student username and password. The quizzes will not be available until after the 2024-2025 school year begins. From January through April 2025, the book club will meet once a week during lunch to prepare for the quiz bowl. During the quiz bowl, the book club members will compete with teams from other schools.
