Dr. Kotlarz is the principal at Montclair Elementary. After teaching special education and first grade in Norfolk, NE, she began her teaching career in Millard in 2001 at Montclair as a Primary Montessori teacher. After completing her Educational Administration degree, she began working with the district’s New Staff Induction Program. She returned to Montclair in 2010, as the assistant principal and became the principal the following year. In her free time, you can find Dr. Kotlarz spending time with her family and keeping up with busy high school and college aged children.
Montclair is one of the largest elementary schools in Millard with almost 700 preschool through 5th grade students. Dr. Kotlarz is proud of the students, families and staff that make Montclair a school of choice!
